What started out as a spark of imagination has grown into a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity of Sumner County. When you build a playhouse the end result is nothing short of magical. The playhouse project is a program designed to teach young children the pride and joy of homeownership.

Haunted Hustle 5k & 10k race

Runners can compete in 5k and 10k races, and families can walk the course or participate in a free kids run. The registration fee for runners is just $35 for both the 5K and 10K. We encourage everyone to come in costume, especially since this year’s event is taking place the day before Halloween!
Along with the run, there will be sponsor booths, a photo booth, kids activities and the Hendersonville Farmer’s Market set up around the central plaza. The event starts at 7 a.m. and ends with an awards ceremony for the winners of the 5K and 10K.

My Fit in the City & Big Business Legacy Team presents Pound for Purpose, honoring the life and Legacy of Kenneth "Big Business" Brown. This is a 1 day only event hosted on January 21, 2023, at Centerstage Performing Arts Academy. Start your New Year with a workout in support of Kenneth "Big Business" Brown. All proceeds will benefit a non-profit near and dear to his heart Habitat for Humanity of Sumner County.
Kenneth Brown was not only a board member but an advocate for Habitat for Humanity of Sumner county and its mission of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. We are raising $2,500 to continue to keep his legacy alive.
